Recruitment procedure of employees in Tecnocap s.r.o.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of recruitment procedure of employees in company Tecnocap s.r.o. The current status and attempt to suggest some improvement in the selection is identified. This improvement is suggested to be used in the company. The main aim is to get as many candidates as possible for choosing and deciding which candidate is the best for the job. Great focus is placed on the low budget of the entire process of recruitment and selection of employees. First employees fill the questionnaires that relate job satisfaction. The questi-onnaires are handed personally, which ensures high return of them. Next an interview with the HR director follows. Analysis and overall evaluation are made by the collected data. These data are used in future recruitment of employees.

97 Data processing and data protection in connection with employment Abstract This work is dedicated to issues concerning data processing in connection with employment. Given the extensiveness of this topic, this thesis focuses primarily on the processing of personal data prior to the establishment of an employment relationship. The main area of study is the job applicants' data processing in different model situations. The aim of this thesis is to establish a solution for how to process candidates' personal data in order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. The goal is accomplished by applying the General Data Protection Regulation to particular model situations. This work is divided into three chapters. Chapter 1 deals with the history of the data protection law and presents differences between the right to data protection and the right to privacy. It also discusses the current legal regulations in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Czech Data Processing Act and gives reasons for adoption of such legislation. Chapter 2 concentrates primarily on the key terminology of the data protection laws. Public employment services from the perspective of unemployed people

The bachelor thesis deals with the qualitative research issues of perception and evaluation of public employment services from the long term unemployed job seekers point of view. Attention is focused on their own personal experiences with Job centre staff and with some provided services, namely with retraining, job clubs, placement and counselling. Also, the goal is to find out if the job seekers themselves believe in finding a job via this institution, alternatively if they notice some barriers within functioning of the Job centre that would hinder them from finding a job. This paper is not limited only to the statements of facts but seeks to identify at least partly the phenomenons that can be hidden behind these evaluations and because of this reason there was qualitative method used in the research.

Práce se zabývá analýzou pracovního trhu v Karlovarském kraji mezi lety 2000 - 2006. Charakterizuje polohu, ekonomickou stránku kraje a vývoj obyvatelstva. Část je věnována zaměstnanosti a volným pracovním místům. Průběh nezaměstnanosti je detailněji popsán ve třetí kapitole. Analýzu efektivnosti rekvalifikačních kurzů v Karlovarském okrese porovnávám s výsledky analýzy pro Českou republiku za rok 2004. Konkrétně analýza obsahuje indexy cílenosti a hrubé efekty rekvalifikací.
